End-of-Life Care Services

Saying goodbye to a pet is like saying goodbye to a family member. After all, pets ARE members of the family. Full Circle Animal Health Care knows how difficult such a time is for pet owners, which is why we offer end-of-life care services. Our goal is to make your pet as comfortable as possible as they make the transition and to give you as much peace of mind as possible during their final moments.

If you suspect that your pet has reached the last stage of their life journey, Dr. Yeager can provide counseling over the phone, so we can discuss their condition/health status and quality of life. Then, she will set an appointment to come to your home to perform a physical examination prior to administering euthanasia. She will first use gentle sedation to relax your pet, which takes about 10-15 minutes, followed by the administration of the euthanasia solution. You may choose to be present in as much or as little of the procedure as you wish.

Burial and Cremation Options

After the euthanasia is complete, you can opt to keep your pet for a burial or have them cremated. Full Circle Animal Health Care offers both burial and cremation services, for your convenience. If you prefer to bury your pet yourself, we can provide you with a list of pet cemeteries in the area. Please let us know if you have any questions about our end-of-life care services by calling us at 888-426-3069.
